Had a great experience the staff is friendly the service was great! Dealership was very clean and has a nice waiting room to wait in. I went in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle. Jonathan is a great guy I suggest him to everyone. He’s smart, kind and well mannered. I think he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your new vehicle. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase a vehicle. I know I will be going back when I’m ready to trade in again.

Tried to upsell me on a cabin air filter when I had replaced it at my previous service. Tried to charge me $55 for an engine air filter replacement--i did it on my own for 1/3 of the price and about 10 minutes of effort. Notified them that I was seeking tire replacement when I made the advanced appointment-- told only after service started that they didn't have any in my size and would have to wait several days for them to come in. Needed a battery replacement for my key fob and was assured that they had changed it... warning continued appearing on my console until I replaced the battery myself at home. Grossly underwhelmed by the service, which was an entirely new circumstance. They'd been quite good to me before... but this has me questioning if I should go to another dealership for my maintenance because this was just egregious and borderline exploitative. Not at all happy with this. Wasted a lot of my time and energy having to find tires from another source. Key fob battery issue is highly suspect as well. Not a good look, Nissan.

We dropped our car of two hours early. Our appointment was at 2:30. All we needed was an oil change. I returned at 3:00 and was told by the service manager that they were just finishing up. As I sat in the waiting area I saw them bring my car in to start the oil change. I got out of there at 3:45. Needless to say - I was not impressed.

I had a transmission rebuild performed a couple weeks back that was covered under warranty. I ended up having to wait over two weeks to get the vehicle into the shop for the repairs, which was unfortunate. That was compounded by the fact that they had zero loaner vehicles to offer. We therefore had to drive the vehicle almost daily while it waited to be fixed, which was rather unsafe. Once the vehicle was in, the work took two days and was done. No complaints there. The service staff was pleasant.

I've had multiple services done at Lithia Nissan and have always had great experiences with the service specialist and customer service! I wouldn't go anywhere where else when getting my Nissan serviced and recommend it to anyone thinking of using them!
